Return and Exchange Policy:
Eligibility: Merchandise can be exchanged or returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Process:
- For returns, please provide the original invoice.
- A credit voucher for the merchandise value will be issued, redeemable within three (3) months from the date of issue.
Exclusions: No returns or exchanges are allowed during sale periods.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “final sale,” “clearance,” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Online Returns: For online purchases, customers must initiate a return request through their account or by contacting customer service within the return window.
